RICS Homebuyers Report
The RICS Homebuyer Report provides details on the condition of the property and also offers advice to the Conveyancer. It is an easy to follow report with a colour coding system (red, amber and green) to show the significance of the defects. In addition to the advice given it gives an insurance reinstatement cost and a market value. It is intended for properties built after 1850, without significant alteration or extension.
